The mobile library offers access to a range of Explore services. You can browse, borrow and return books, place and collect reservations, or get your Library and York Cards. There's a large selection of audio and large print books on board and a lift for wheelchair access.
If you would like to have some books personally selected for you then please contact Dean at mobile@exploreyork.org.uk Just let him know what genres, authors and format (large print, audio, paperback, hardback) you prefer and he will select some titles based on the information you provide. He will then be in touch to arrange the time for you to collect your books and return any that you have out on loan.
The Mobile Library visits Naburn (junction of Maypole Grove/ Main Street/ Front Street) every two weeks from 1:35 - 2:45pm.
